Rubén Gil has successfully presented his PhD Thesis at UJI Centro de Postgrau i Consell Social. The work was entitled "Untargeted metabolomic methodologies development based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled to high resolution mass spectrometry in food safety, healthcare and nutrition fields", and was co-directed by Juan Vicente Sancho (IUPA, UJI) and Jaume Pérez (Nutrigenómica, IATS).
