Seminar on transnational access to IATS research infrastructures2026-04-01
On March 26th, Nutrigroup researcher Josep Calduch delivered a seminar at IATS‑CSIC focusing on the role of the Institute in European projects that provide Transnational Access (TNA). He reviewed the participation of IATS in AQUAEXCEL, AQUAEXCEL2020 and AQUAEXCEL3.0, in which the Institute has been highly active, hosting numerous international projects that generated scientific output and collaborations.
He also presented the involvement of IATS in AQUASERV, the ongoing project that extends access beyond aquaculture towards integrated services within the blue bioeconomy. The experience gained over the past fifteen years places IATS‑CSIC in a strong position to participate in future European research infrastructure frameworks and to reinforce its capabilities in genomics, phenotyping and advanced scientific services.
